To submit 501(c)3 documentation, respond to the order confirmation e-mail or by uploading the document at the order confirmation page.

    Adobe licenses are custom created for your organization; they are not generated by Tech Crawl, so order fulfillment is not immediate. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Adobe will send you an e-mail with instructions on how you can find your serial key and access your product download via the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) unless you are purchasing a subscription/Creative Cloud product. The Creative Cloud product is managed through Adobe's admin console.

    Perpetual licensing: users can pay a one-time fee to use a specific version of the software indefinitely without needing to pay for ongoing updates or upgrades.

    1 year subscription license: users pay a yearly fee to access the latest version of the software. Ongoing updates and upgrades are included.
