Shipping & Delivery

In general, all physical (boxed) orders are shipped within 1-3 business days with tracking numbers (if applicable). Tracking numbers are not included for electronically delivered products. 

Electronic downloads or licenses typically take between 3-5 business days to be delivered to the e-mail you register with us (with some exceptions - see specific product pages for details). Please choose your licenses carefully and consider the system requirements and your Internet connection BEFORE ordering; once the order is processed, electronically downloaded software cannot be returned.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

 

Returns & Replacements

  1. Please choose electronic software download (ESDs) licenses carefully and consider the system requirements and your Internet connection BEFORE ordering; once the order is processed, electronically downloaded software cannot be returned in any circumstance.
  2. We are unable to offer refunds on opened software packages. If your software is defective, please contact us and we can issue an exchange.
  3. For all other products, returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within thirty (30) days of the delivery confirmation date.
  4. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
  5. There are no refunds on items damaged or lost en route. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
  6. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package, and so you can obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns that are delivered without our prior knowledge or an RMA will not be acknowledged.
  7. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
