Non-profit Guide to Buying

The 501c3 you have to submit to get nonprofit Adobe and Microsoft software
Want to know whether your charity, church, or non-profit organization qualifies for discounted Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams, Corel, and more? Then all you need to do is answer this simple question: Does your organization have a 501(c)3? If the answer is yes, then you qualify!

What is a 501(c)3?

The 501(c)3 is a federal document from the IRS that exempts your charity, church, or non-profit organization from paying the federal income tax baed on statute 501(c)3. It includes pertinent information about your organization that will be used to verify your non-profit status -- namely your 9 digit Employer Identification Number (EIN). Please note: This document is not the same as the sales tax exemption form that you receive from your state. To the left is an example of what a typical 501(c)3 looks like -- details have been pixelated to maintain the organization's anonymity.

I have a 501(c)3. Now what?

Just place your order and proceed through the checkout process. Immediately after you've entered your payment information and your order is submitted, you'll be prompted to upload your document to our secure server. You'll then receive a confirmation e-mail about with order's details. Expect to get your products within 3-5 business days. The prices our website are already discounted for you. If you don't want to use our uploading service, you may also fax in your 501(c)3 or reply to your order confirmation with the document attached.

Once you've submitted your 501(c)3, we'll store it away in our records so you don't have to submit it again. There isn't a maximum order either, so you can order as much as you need to outfit your organization.

Are there any other fees I should know about?

Aside from subscription-based licenses (like Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams), all the licenses you purchase are perpetual licenses. This means that for a one-time fee, the usage rights for the program are yours forever. Furthermore, if your licenses are electronically delivered, you'll always be able to access the Volume Licensing Center and download your product should you ever need to re-install.

What if I don't have a 501(c)3?

If you operate under a greater organization, then we can accept their 501(c)3 instead. We will also need a document on your organization's official letterhead declaring your affiliation with said greater organization as well. If that isn't an option, then unfortunately we will not be able to process your order.
